Shipping policy
At Superior Render Supplies, we offer two delivery options (where geographically available) to suit your needs:
- Economy Delivery – Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
- Express Delivery – Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days.
Important Delivery Details
Stock Availability
The above estimated delivery times apply only when all items in your order are in stock. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you with an updated delivery estimate.
Whilst we endeavour to clearly display each products stock status on our website, products may occasionally show as incorrectly being in stock. Should you wish to confirm a products absolute availability, please do contact us directly.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders must be placed by 12pm for same-day dispatch, assuming all ordered items are in stock. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next available working day, unless otherwise notified.
Multiple Couriers
Due to the variety of products that we sell, we are at times required to use different and separate couriers to ship our various products. Please be advised that your order may arrive in multiple shipments and not necessarily at the time.
Palletised Deliveries – Kerbside Drop Policy
All palletised deliveries sent via third-party hauliers are subject to kerbside delivery only. This means:
- Delivery Location: Goods will be delivered to the nearest hard-standing area at the delivery address accessible by the delivery vehicle. This is typically the kerbside. Drivers are not obliged to move goods beyond this point.

Access Requirements: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable access for a heavy goods vehicle and a level, solid surface for offloading.

Unloading Responsibility: Third-party drivers will offload the pallet(s) using a tail lift and pallet truck where possible but will not assist in moving goods indoors, across gravel, up steps, or onto uneven or inclined surfaces.

Customer Presence: The customer (or authorised recipient) must be present to receive and inspect the delivery. Missed deliveries due to lack of access or absence may incur re-delivery charges.

Risk & Liability: Once the goods are offloaded at the kerbside, risk and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer.
By placing an order for palletised delivery, the customer accepts and agrees to the above kerbside drop terms.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided via email where possible, once goods have been despatched. Please be advised that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to be visible on courier portals.
Delivery Dates & Times
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to external factors beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to fulfil your order within the selected timeframe.
Due to our use of external, third party hauliers and couriers, we cannot request, nor guarantee a precise time of delivery or delivery window. For information regarding pre 12pm delivery options, please call our sales team but be advised this service incurs a surcharge and is not guaranteed.
Deliveries are attempted between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. We have no control over what time delivery will be attempted within this window on a given day, nor can we request a specific time within this window.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide us with accurate and specific information relevant to the delivery, this includes:
- Notifying us of any access restrictions at the delivery location.
- Notifying us of any opening/closing time restrictions where delivery is for a commercial/public premises.
- Confirming whether offload facilities are available for palletised goods.
- Any other information pertinent to ensuring your delivery is completed successfully without difficulty or issue.
Please ensure you are contactable at all times on the day of delivery. If you, or another selected individual, are not available to sign for and receive your delivery, your delivery may fail and a re-delivery charge will be incurred. If our couriers cannot contact you, or your designated contact at the time of delivery, delivery may also fail and re-delivery charges will be incurred.
Please be advised that you will be liable for all additional surcharges/re-delivery fees where a delivery has failed due to your failure to notify us of any of the above bullet points, or comply with the above requirements. Whilst we appreciate issues can arise at any point during the delivery process, we will always do whatever we can to help you and to get our goods to you as quickly as possible without issue.
