Baumit MonoPlus 25kg – Coloured One Coat Monocouche Render
Baumit MonoPlus is a high-quality, through-coloured one coat scratch render designed for new build and renovation projects. Suitable for application to brick and block masonry substrates, MonoPlus provides a durable, weather-resistant and low-maintenance external render finish.
Available in a range of popular colours, Baumit MonoPlus can be used to create several different finishes, including monocouche scratched, rough cast, wet dash and dry dash. It can be applied by hand or machine, making it suitable for both smaller domestic projects and larger commercial rendering applications.
The through-coloured formulation means there is no requirement to paint the finished render, helping to reduce ongoing maintenance and providing a consistent decorative finish.

Baumit MonoPlus Application
For a scratched monocouche finish, Baumit recommends application at a minimum finished thickness of 15mm. Depending on the required thickness, MonoPlus can be applied in one or two passes. The product can be machine applied using a suitable mortar spray nozzle or applied by hand.
MonoPlus should be applied in suitable weather conditions, with temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Always follow the latest Baumit technical data sheet and application instructions before use.

Please note that the colour of cementitious render can initially appear darker when applied and will lighten as it cures and dries.
