K Rend HP12 Base Coat is used as a preparation coat for K Rend top coat finishes.

K Rend HP12 Base Coat is a high-performance, polymer-modified render basecoat designed for use on dense and challenging substrates. It forms a key part of K Rend render systems and provides excellent adhesion, durability, and workability for professional applications.

HP12 is suitable for use on substrates such as concrete, dense blockwork, and masonry where a high-bond basecoat is required. The material can be applied by hand or spray, making it ideal for both small-scale and large commercial projects.

This render basecoat offers improved flexibility and impact resistance compared to traditional sand and cement systems, helping to reduce cracking and improve long-term performance. HP12 provides a strong, even base for subsequent render finishes.
